1. HARVEST
We select our best 100% Agave Weber mature agaves one by one. After six years they have absorbed the best of the rich red clay soil and the cool climate of Altos de Jalisco, Mexico.

2. COOKING
Our agave pinas are cooked slowly at a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius.

3. GRINDING
The cooked agave is ground to squeeze its juice.

4. FERMENTATION
The agave juice is stored in stainless steel tanks for its formulation, and then it is left to ferment for 2 to 3 days.

5. DOUBLE DISTILLATION
It occurs in stainless steel copper stills and is boiled to the point of vaporization. It is then distilled again for refining.
